Month of Coordination
Month of Coordination is designed for the couple that wants to actually enjoy their wedding day after months of planning. Bringing me on board, oppose to relying on friends and family, to coordinate the day will alleviate your stress and allow everyone in attendance to enjoy the celebration.
Oppose to my Full Wedding Planning service where I am with you from the conception of your wedding plans to execution, Month of Coordination begins with us sitting down together, over a tasty beverage..but of course, to review all ceremony and reception details that you and your partner have planned and booked one month prior to your wedding day. I will become the main point of contact moving forward and assist in coordinating vendors and making sure all loose ends are finalized leading up to the big day.
Month of Coordination includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
4 Weeks of hands-on support
Unlimited contact via email + phone
Site visits of ceremony & reception venue
Creation of Wedding Day Itinerary and Floor Plan Layout for ceremony and reception
Communicate with all dream team members to confirm arrival times & details + review contract items + advise on load in, set up + tear down procedures
Coordination + supervision of all aspects on day-of for up to 12 hours
Ensure design + overall set up reflects couple’s vision
At least 1 certified Toronto Wedding Planners assistant on-site day of the wedding
