Partial Wedding Planning
Partial Wedding Planning is where I come in and help you find those missing pieces that are yet to be booked or decided on. You may have already booked your ceremony and/or reception venue and hired a photographer, what you need now is someone to come on board to bring the remaining tasks to completion. I will work with you on such items as theme creation and sourcing the perfect floral and decor team to create your visions, recommending the best caterer to make your taste buds dance, and the best DJ to get your crowd moving. Partial Wedding Planning is all customized depending on how much or little you have accomplished prior to meeting with Koral Lane Events.
Partial Wedding Planning includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
8 – 6 months of hands-on support
Preparation of customized wedding timeline calendar
Budget allocation and management + payment schedule and reminders
Monthly meetings + unlimited contact with me via email and phone
Full development and execution of wedding theme/ design / style
Research, hiring, and management of your wedding day dream team [Maximum 4 Vendor Categories]
